Florida’s recommended minimum sentence for the charges is 10 years in prison, according to records filed with the 7th Circuit Court. The plea is the latest incident in Sytch’s lengthy history of personal and legal troubles, including multiple DUI arrests in New Jersey and a well documented struggle with addiction.
