The marina celebrated the topping off of its hurricane-rated boat storage facility on Friday, October 13, "marking a major step forward in its commitment to providing the ultimate in luxury boating experience."
The event featured a traditional topping off ceremony where the final steel beam painted gold was signed by guests to be placed atop the new building, symbolizing progress and a bright future. “We are incredibly excited to reach this topping off milestone, which represents a significant achievement in our mission to redefine a luxury boating experience on the Gulf Coast,” said Rodney Chamberlain, VP of Marina Developers, LLC.
In addition to celebrating the topping off event, Legendary Marina & Yacht Club announced the addition of Margaritaville Restaurant to the property. “We have enjoyed our working experience with the City of Gulf Shores in the creation of what will eventually be the Town Center of Gulf Shores including a festive marketplace and entertainment center anchored with a wet and dry marine complex,” says Mr. Peter Bos, CEO and Founder of Legendary Marina and Yacht Club.Launch requests through an appIndoor boat storage for boats up to 50 feet
