Boebert faced one of the closest general elections of the 2022 midterm elections, winning by just a few hundred votes. She may face an even tougher primary, with Newsweek finding that at least 10 donors who previously gave her campaign $13,000 have defected to Hurd. Those 10 have upped their donations to Boebert's rival, contributing nearly $17,800 collectively to the Colorado attorney.
