CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland restaurateur Fadi Daoud is opening a third Heck’s Café in the former Blu Restaurant space at 3355 Richmond Road in Beachwood. The opening is planned for November. Daoud bought the Ohio City Heck’s Café in 2005 and opened the Avon location in 2015. He also owns Antica Italian in Avon.
“We have always envisioned an East Side location for Heck’s,” says the owner. “This property lends itself to an expansive bar/lounge, outdoor space, as well as 200 seats for diners.” Daoud’s favorite burger is the market burger topped with braised short ribs, béarnaise sauce, cheddar cheese and arugula. Burgers are made from a signature blend of grass-fed beef raised near Columbus.
