A Pennsylvania father was called 'a hero' by the state's governor after he died while shielding his family from gunfire at a campaign rally for former President Donald Trump. Former fire chief Corey Comperatore, 50, was identified by Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro as having been shot and killed in the crowd amid an assassination attempt on Trump during a July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
