SAN ANTONIO — A fatal vehicle accident caused a car to catch on fire on a west-side highway which led to a major traffic delay during the morning commute Friday.Officials said it was a multi-vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler and a small vehicle. The small vehicle caught on fire after being struck.
