Lund is set to play at TCU Place on March 11. Tickets will go on sale Oct. 19.
On Thursday morning, the singer-songwriter announced a March 11, 2024 performance at Saskatoon’s TCU Place on his El Viejo Release Tour.Lund regularly tours across Canada and internationally. He played in Saskatoon with George Thorogood in 2015, performed at Saskatoon’s Jazz Fest in 2019 and was slated to play at the Gateway Festival in Bengough, Sask. in 2020.
He was a founding member of The Smalls, and has been touring with his band, Corb Lund and the Hurtin’ Albertans, since 2005.El Viejo, Lund’s upcoming 12th album, will be released in February in advance of his tour. The album is a tribute to singer-songwriter Ian Tyson, who was a friend and mentor for Lund before his death.
