It also has an employee resource group dedicated to building relationships and inclusivity within the organization. This employee-led group creates monthly lunch and learns, including panels, guest speakers and team-led presentations.

Phil Murphy's administration had proposed creating a statewide network of counselors outside school using money that has supported about 90 programs in middle and high schools. You mean indoctrination camps This is great but as always the core of problem is at the local level. There are great professionals supporting these initiatives in low income areas yet when they get to the schools they realize the school never let the youth know they were coming. We need to do better! With 14 year olds shooting 13 year olds today maybe just maybe schools needs this.
