Boruto's new design is eerily similar to Sasuke's.
The Naruto franchise has some of the best entrances in all anime, and yet Boruto has already surpassed many of them in chapter #1 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, with the protagonist arriving on the battlefield in the nick of time and showing just how big of an influence Sasuke had on him over the three years they spent together.

Konoha and her allies hunted him down for his 'crimes'. The only person who was there for him was Sasuke Uchiha. They left together, and it can only be assumed that Sasuke trained him. With all that time they spent together, the young Boruto surely picked up some mannerisms from his master.
Boruto's Change In Two Blue Vortex Was Sorely Needed The Boruto that made his debut in Two Blue Vortex seems a completely different person from the Boruto of Part 1. The training he did with Sasuke, the ordeals the duo went through, and the enemies they've encountered will all be shed light upon sooner than later, but it's clear they had a big effect on the boy.
