Restoration of the Arroyo Seco trail is set to break ground in July and be in full swing of construction starting in August.The project will focus on two critical linkage points for the three major areas of the Arroyo–the Hahamongna Natural Park, the Central Arroyo, and the Lower Arroyo.The city will decide on a contractor for the project in the next 10 days or so, said Dan Rothenberg, president of One Arroyo, with the breaking ground ceremony slated for July.
