Angelina Jolie's move to have a new judge appointed to her four-year-long divorce case was denied.

But according to new court documents filed on Monday and obtained by the, the Superior Court of California in Orange County has ruled that Ouderkirk will remain on the case.
According to the new ruling, the judge made all the appropriate disclosures about his prior involvement with the law firm representing Pitt when he was initially assigned to their case. It also states that Jolie’s bid to have the judge removed is “untimely” as she has been aware of his appointment and former business dealings since August 2018.
