The Disney Channel alum revealed they were unaware that they would have to kiss their co-star on set but felt forced to “agree to whatever scripted.”
Alyson Stoner revealed they were blindsided when they were forced to have their first kiss on camera at the age of 12.the moment they had to kiss Dylan Sprouse for an episode of “The Sweet Life of Zack and Cody.”
“My first kiss and several of the times I experienced kissing all happened on camera,” they said. “I remember on ‘Suite Life’ on Disney, I’d already booked the role of Max and I’d filmed an episode.” “Well, a few weeks later, they wrote an episode where Max had to kiss both twins,” Stoner explained while referring to the episode “Kisses and Basketball.”
The “Camp Rock” star, 30, furthered that they felt as if they had to do their job and “agree to whatever scripted.” “I felt young and uncomfortable,” they continued. “I felt like, you know, this is part of my job. I chose to act and audition for this project. It’s only a character.
