Two men have been arrested in the shooting death of an 18-year-old woman last month on the campus of Delaware State University.
Camay De Silva was visiting campus when she was shot around 1:40 a.m. on April 21.During a news conference on Monday morning, Dover police announced the arrests of Destry Jones, 20, and Damien Hinson, 18, both of Dover.Pictured: Destry Jones and Damien Hinson
Jones was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in Brooklyn, New York on May 2.
