Three people have now been confirmed dead in today's attack on Kramatorsk.

A pizza restaurant said to be popular with journalists was destroyed in the attack, and several private homes were damaged. Arnaud De Decker said that an hour after the explosions, he could still hear"people screaming underneath the rubble". Destroyed restaurant 'crowded with civilians'Pavlo Kyrylenko, governor of the Donetsk region, has said emergency responders are trying to establish the number of wounded and possibly dead.

Reports are emerging this evening that a Russian strike has hit Kramatorsk, in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region. Details are thin for now but we'll bring you more as we get it. A little earlier, we reported that Baltic states Lithuania and Latvia were concerned about the movement of Wagner troops and their boss Yevgeny Prigozhin to Belarus.
