Nina Dobrev looked as if she was on the road to recovery when she revealed that her surgery to repair damage from a devastating bike crash was a 'success.'
She flashed a thumbs-up from her bed and also included a second more somber closeup from the hospital 'Anyone else get scared before surgery? I'm such a baby when it comes to needles, blood or procedures of any kind,' she wrote. A final self-shot video featured her leaning forward to write 'Yes' with an arrow on her affected knee in purple marker to ensure that the proper leg was operated on'Had to get one last photo of my leg — pristine — before it's all scarred up,' she wrote.
The 35-year-old shared a photo of herself sprawled out in a hospital bed with a cast on her knee and a neck brace.
