Legendary food writer and television personality Nigella Lawson has taken to social media to praise an inn on the Isle of Skye for its 'magnificent' fish and chips.
Nigella Lawson has praised an "essential" bakery and "magnificent" restaurants including a chippy on the Isle of Skye.
Taking to Instagram to share her thoughts, Nigella wrote: "Sunday lunch in Skye: this time last week I was eating the magnificent platter of fish and chips you see here – and what fish, what chips! – at my home from home, the lovely @stein_inn.View gallery "I’ve got a lot more to say about the Stein Inn and, indeed, about further deliciousness in Skye, but later..."
Nigella also posted about the Dunvegan Bakery, which is the oldest bakery on Skye — dating back to around 1870. In another Instagram post, she wrote: "More delicious memories of my week in Skye: essential trip to the Dunvegan Bakery; I majored on the iced lemon and blackcurrant slices or, rather – and gloriously – slabs!"
