A prison van arrives at Manchester Magistrates’ Court ahead of Mason Greenwood’s appearance in the dock
He spoke to confirm his name, date of birth and address, before the court heard details of the charges against him. Greenwood was first held in January over allegations relating to a young woman after images and videos were posted online. A few hours later the Crown Prosecution Service said it had authorised the charges against Greenwood.The attempted rape is alleged to have taken place in October 2021.
