The restaurant owner said: 'We are over the moon' 🙌

The AA, which is known for its popular Restaurant Guide, has awarded Manifest on Watkinson Street two of its prestigious rosettes after being judged by professional inspectors. Restaurants can receive up to five Rosettes from the AA's judges.

Manifest, which opened back in March, has been awarded two AA rosettes for culinary excellence. The Baltic Triangle restaurant offers a “modern British menu” and wine list. Manifest’s owner Paul shared the news on Instagram and said the team “couldn’t be happier”. He added that he is “so proud” of the team and thanked them for their hard work.

“I’m so proud of the team, hard work does pay off, thanks guys! We couldn’t do what we do without our amazing suppliers @veg.and.petals @butcherfarrell @liverpoolcheeseco and also @r2_architecture for understanding what we wanted to do and helping us deliver it!
