An outline £20m masterplan to develop Sprucefield Retail Park has been launched at a public consultation this week.
The key developments will include a 90 bed hotel and a new "discount food store" understood to be the German grocery giant Lidl.Approximately 500 new car parking spaces will be developed for the store's customers. "The feedback received will be shared with the design team and will help to shape our proposals prior to submission of a planning application."
The closing date for responses to the consultation, which can now be viewed online, is October 20 at 5pm.
