This is the inside of a "bloodstained smack den" in North Belfast that made the lives of their neighbours hell.

Speaking to Belfast Live, one resident said: "Since I have moved into these apartments there has been constant issues with drug abuse and anti-social behaviour. You just do not feel safe living here. "One of the apartments was kept in such a horrible condition that we believe that it is starting to cause problems for the other apartments in the building as we are getting mould and damp issues and have even found pests like maggots and rats. My apartment is always kept very clean and tidy and it is the only way we can explain how these things have developed."I am desperate to leave this place but I don't know what I have to do in order to get moved.
