Joy, Sadness, Disgust, Fear, and Anger. are back in Disney's Inside Out 2. The upcoming sequel introduced new emotion Anxiety in the trailer. The film is set to hit theaters June 14, 2024.
The animated production is the long-awaited sequel to 2015’s original, Inside Out.
A close examination of Riley's mind saw Joy and Sadness work out how to co-exist as the young character adjusted to her new life.At the time, film critic Brian Viner called it 'ingenious' and described it as 'an utterly beguiling story about the complex workings of a little girl’s mind.'Meg LeFauve, who co-wrote the first film, returned to write for the second movie, with Kelsey Mann directing.
The five emotions are then shown in a laboratory with a complex motherboard and a ominous beeping red light.
