Home And Away's Sam Atwell has made quite the transformation since his shock exit from the soap 14 years ago.
Kirsty began secretly dating Kane and married him two years later, despite the attack. Speaking to Digital Spy in 2019, Kirsty said she doesn't believe a storyline like that would work these days.
