Daniel Craig hailed the legendary manager in a video tribute at the M&S Bank Arena
The legendary manager said goodbye to Reds' supporters in an emotional evening at the waterfront arena. The 56-year-old took part in a Q&A, hosted by John Bishop and Peter McDowall, as he reflected on his incredible nine year reign at the club.
Daniel Craig was first up as the James Bond actor referred to Klopp as his hero. He said: "In the few precious moments that I spent with you. Hand on heart, I said to myself, 'I would follow that man anywhere'. Thank you for what you've done and achieved at Liverpool Football Club. Will Arnett was next up as the Arrested Development star said: "I just want to thank you for everything you have done for Liverpool FC and the city of Liverpool." The comedy star revealed some of Klopp's LFC branded coats from over the years as he joked: "Also thank you for inspiring me to buy so many Liverpool FC puffers from the Liverpool FC website. I live in California dude. I don't need all these puffer jackets.
"That, my friend, makes you more than special. It makes you exceptional and we thank you." Paddy Pimblett rounded off the video as he said: "I can't put into words what Jurgen means to Liverpool fans.
