Tens of thousands of pumpkins are grown in the county every year
It's October and for children across the country that can only mean one thing - the countdown to Halloween is on. A growing family tradition during the month is to head out and pick your own pumpkins in preparation for the big day.
Nottinghamshire is home to plenty of patches and tens of thousands of pumpkins are grown in the county every year. The most keen families will have even enjoyed a day in the sunshine while picking their pumpkins thanks to the unseasonable weather. What is traditionally a time for big coats, wellies and mud has so far this month been one for shorts, T-shirts and sun hats as the country enjoys some unseasonable sunshine and temperatures. But there will be plenty of people who are yet to head out and we want to help them. We want to crown the best spot in the county to pick your pumpkins.
It could be that there is a huge range of sizes and shapes of pumpkins, or it might be the other activities on offer at the venue. It might even be the fantastic café that leads to a particular patch to get your vote. Whatever the reason, let us know its name and where it is in our survey below. if you can't see the survey, click here.
