Haydn Gwynne has died aged 66 following a recent cancer diagnosis Welsh actress Haydn Gwynne, known for The Windsors and Drop the Dead Donkey, has died aged 66. The Time Riders star died following a recent cancer diagnosis surrounded by her beloved sons, close family and friends on Friday morning.
A prolific actress, her other TV credits include BBC forensic science series Silent Witness, the crime comedy-drama Death in Paradise and detective drama Midsomer Murders. More recently, she starred as Susan Hussey, the former lady-in-waiting, in the fifth series of The Crown.
