Dramatic bodycam footage has revealed the moment a suspect was chased by police through the woods before being arrested 'knee deep in a river'.
After approaching the vehicle, the suspects then ran off, with one man leading an officer on a foot chase through a woodland area.A 38-year-old man was later arrested knee deep in a river. Bodycam footage shared by Greater Manchester Police shows the moment the officer threatened to taser the suspect before he was handcuffed and taken into custody.
Officers traced the second suspect to Morton Street, also in Middleton, where they recovered large quantities of drugs and other stolen goods.
