Corrie star Samia says drunken Sylvain 'slid' into suite at 6am on wedding night
Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon has revealed that husband Sylvain got very drunk on their wedding night, exclusively telling OK! this week: "Sylvain doesn’t drink often but when he does, he goes for it."
"He couldn’t even crawl. It was daylight. He said he was doing his impression of a gecko. Really romantic wedding night, right?" "What I love most about Sam is how she is with the kids," says Sylvain. "Whenever I go somewhere, I always like to have her with me. I feel stronger when she’s with me." While Samia - who also shares 12-year-old daughter Freya with a former partner - found her perfect love story, her Coronation Street character, Maria Connor, has been with a fair few men on the street during the 22 years Samia has been playing the role.
