Ms Rayner, holding a bottle in one hand, then turns towards her fellow partygoers before hugging a DJ known as FISHER who played at the Hi Ibiza club from late on Wednesday. The Prime Minister, who had to deal with widespread rioting at the beginning of this month, on Tuesday asked Britons to accept 'short-term pain for long-term good'.
