Ubbi Dubbi Festival is set to return to Dallas-Fort Worth on April 24 and 25 for its seventh edition, transforming the riverfront venue into a premier spring electronic music destination in Texas.
The festival boasts three distinct stages – Ubbi, the main stage for headlining acts; Dubbi, a side stage dedicated to deeper dubstep; and the Zoom Room, an intimate, club-style indoor space. This year’s theme, “Into the Abyss,” promises an immersive underwater fantasy experience with elaborate production throughout the festival grounds. Gates open at 3 p.m. each day, with music continuing until midnight. What distinguishes Ubbi Dubbi is its successful blend of large-scale production and diverse musical offerings.
The lineup caters to both seasoned electronic music enthusiasts and newcomers, featuring established headliners alongside emerging artists. Friday’s main stage highlights include Alesso during sunset, Tape B, and the highly anticipated closing set by Kx5, known for their blend of progressive house and spectacular visuals. Saturday’s lineup features Cloonee and closes with Zedd, whose catalog of singalong anthems is sure to resonate with the crowd.
The Dubbi Stage provides a dedicated space for bass music lovers, with performances from San Holo, Jade Cicada, Of The Trees, LAYZ, Space Laces, Kai Wachi, and Ganja White Night. Beyond the headlining acts, Ubbi Dubbi emphasizes discovery and a comprehensive festival experience. The Zoom Room offers a more intimate setting for house and tech-house fans, with performances by Omar+, Obskür, and Riordan.
The festival also incorporates interactive elements like a treasure hunt, diverse food vendors, retail activations, and art installations, enhancing the overall atmosphere.
