Burton has shared that Gustin is not complying with the deal by not giving him their daughter, Brooklyn. Gustin has allegedly “engaged in a pattern of unilateral decision making and deliberate obstruction that has effectively stripped Steve of his court-ordered parenting time. ” She ended up enrolling Brooklyn in a six-week program in California that interfered with his custodial time. Gustin reportedly refused to let their daughter vacation with her dad and has dragged her into the matter.
Moreover, Burton told his former wife that he “felt manipulated by her actions. ” He has also requested the court to make Gustin follow the custody deal and be fined $5,000 for her behavior. , Gustin claimed, “ has started to message me and accuse me of parental alienation if he cannot get ahold of Brooklyn. ” She added that she has been recieving the “harassing” messages “almost daily.
