A woman was caught on video taking a pair of shoes from outside an HDB unit in Whampoa and walking away in them after delivering a parcel. The incident was captured on video and shared by a witness. The woman is seen placing a parcel on a table before taking the shoes from another unit. The witness believes she went block shopping and took one pair of shoes.

A woman was caught on video taking a pair of shoes from outside an HDB unit in Whampoa and walking away in them after delivering a parcel on Feb 20."She went to my neighbour's house to deliver a parcel and stole my other neighbour's shoes," said the Stomper.In the video, the woman is seen placing a parcel on a table outside a unit before taking what looks like a pair of Crocs that were placed outside another unit."I believe she went block shopping and took one pair of shoes," said the Stomper.
