Every fried chicken recipe has a story. For Toh, it is his parents. They are co-owners of Toh Thye San Farm, known for their free-range Anxin, or GG French Poulet, chicken. They suggested that he sell fried chicken using the antibiotic-free and hormone-free chickens from the farm.
Orders open at noon every Sunday on the Naked Chicken Instagram account, with delivery confirmation sent on Wednesday. Toh, who lives with his parents, puts on his chef’s apron on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings.
