Cause society still believes that education still matters!! Come on, it's the new economy! We all judges by what we bring to the table!!

Experiences titles

So must study hard.. .still need uni cert leh...

.

. . ? ?k?m ..

idk why do subscribers pay more for mediocre content? guess we'd never know.

Common sense and life skills are key!!

Because salaries are based on work performance not tertiary education performance. Once you take out highly specialised technical professions, most expertise is honed by on the job experience.

That’s kind of the wrong question and also the wrong conclusion. We should be asking why companies are paying so much for some skills and why less for others.

As balance is the key, it is reasonable for uni grads to be paid more than the nons who have a headstart being paid and having an earlier work experience to their resume while the grads were studying. It is only when good non-graduates are bypassed for promotion then it's wrong!

then go uni for wat ?

Many Uni degrees domt actually command any value in the job market , as they are too academic and fail to prepare undergraduates for the working world . Poly dips on the other hand are far more useful from an employer perspective

Good question

The 4 years spent in uni means nothing? Wtf
