In the second clip, a man, believed to be the driver's passenger, is seen lifting up a barrier arm so that the Volkswagen can exit a carpark at Parklane Shopping Mall.Netizens believe this was an attempt to evade the parking fare. However, some pointed out that the driver will still be charged even though the barrier arm was up.
