V3 GROUP has appointed George Yeo as senior adviser, said the group of companies led by Ron Sim and engaged in the businesses of lifestyle and well-being, financial technology and investments.

Mr Yeo, a former minister, is an independent director of Hong Kong-listed insurer AIA and Nasdaq-listed e-commerce platform Pinduoduo Inc."With his insights on China, Asean and Asia, global e-commerce trends, and digitally-driven trade connectivity, Mr Yeo is well-placed to advise V3 on harnessing these critical growth catalysts to create more sustainable value for stakeholders,"said V3 in a statement on Sunday.
