WASHINGTON — An expert panel on Tuesday (Oct 26) voted overwhelmingly to recommend the United States (US) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorise the Pfizer and BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11, saying the benefits of the shot outweigh the risks.
