REUTERS: Uber Technologies Inc unveiled terms for its initial public offering on Friday , telling investors the ride-hailing company and insiders would seek to sell as much as US$10.35 billion in stock at a valuation of up to US$91.5 billion.

In the filing, Uber also reported a net loss attributable to the company for the first quarter of 2019 of around US$1 billion and revenues of roughly US$3 billion.
