UPDATE: Two new COVID clusters at Tampines bus interchange, IMH

Among them is one patient above the age of 70 who is unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, and is at risk of serious illness, said the MOH.

Eleven cases are linked to the Tampines bus interchange staff cluster – the eighth active cluster involving such staff members – while six are linked to the IMH cluster. Of those who have fallen very ill, 15 are patients above the age of 60, of whom nine are completely unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, said the MOH., 15 others who tested positive for the virus were determined to have died from unrelated causes, including three whose deaths were attributed to a heart attack and another four whose deaths were attributed to coronary heart disease.
