There’s a lot of horse-riding in Jackie Chan’s new movie.

Jackie Chan puts his equestrian skills to the test in his latest movie that pays homage to old-school stunt performers.is about has-been stuntman Luo and his stunt horse who become media darlings after footage of them fighting off debt collectors went viral.Chinese title is ‘long ma jing shen’ ’, which literally means ‘dragon and horse spirit’, a pun on Chan’s Chinese name.

In the trailer, we see Chan engaging in all sorts of shenanigans, most of them involving his four-legged pal. There’s also a moment where the martial arts legend leaps off a 10-storey Ferris wheel to catch a rope ladder from a helicopter. The movie also marks the first-on screen collaboration between Chan and ‘China’s Rambo’ Wu Jing. The latter plays an A-lister actor trying to revive Luo’s stagnant career by hiring him for his action opus.opens in mainland China on Apr 7, which happens to be Chan’s 69th birthday. The movie will be out in Singapore on Apr 13.
