Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn's second son , Vacharaesorn Vivacharawongse, has expressed his desire to permanently return to Thailand after living abroad for over two decades. In an interview with the Bangkok Post , Vacharaesorn stated that he had no personal ambitions and was not representing anyone.

He also mentioned that he lacked resources and power. Vacharaesorn is the second son from the King's second marriage and does not hold an official royal title.
