SINGAPORE — Infrastructure consultancy Surbana Jurong on Monday (Dec 28) announced it has appointed Mr Chaly Mah as its chairman. He will succeed Mr Liew Mun Leong, who retired in September amid intense public scrutiny of the court case surrounding his former domestic helper.
