KUALA LUMPUR — Former Malaysia prime minister Najib Razak testified on Monday (Dec 9) that a US$130,625 (S$152,300) purchase he made at a Chanel store in Honolulu in the US state of Hawaii in December 2014 was a birthday present for his wife Rosmah Mansor.
