'It's no different from war' 😥

Yoon Hee-keun, chief of the National Police Agency, apologised on Tuesday and pledged to investigate. Business owners in the neighbourhood have said they met with local police officials before the festivities, but officers were mostly focused on curbing drug and sexual abuses and other crimes, as well as the spread of COVID-19.

Lee issued a statement on Monday saying he regretted his comment and would focus on finding the cause of the accident.
