The second biggest is found at The Marq, with a floor area of 17,642 sq ft. It is followed by Reflections At Keppel Bay , Hilltops , Concourse Skyline and Boulevard Vue . It revealed that only six super penthouse transactions took place in Singapore between 2006 and 2019, of which two happened over the last four years.
Three penthouses at Goodwood Residence were also bought in 2014, 2013 and 2010, and one at Marina Bay Residences in 2010.
