Singapore Airlines has launched and priced S$668.9m worth of its notes at 5.25% due 2034 to institutional and accredited investors in Singapore.

The notes’ issue price is 99.65% of its principal amount, in denominations of more than half of three hundred thousand Singapore dollars.The issuance date will be on 21 March 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The notes are expected to mature on 21 March 2034.
