Neighbours from hell can make living conditions quite stressful. A resident revealed that her neighbour would pour urine out the upper window and make all sorts of noises to annoy the people below.

Ms Lin also said that she began noticing the urine smell on the outer wall of her kitchen window. The resident would spray the wall with a water hose in hopes of removing the foul smell. However, it was reported that Ms Lin received a warning from authorities to refrain from using a water hose. She then resorted to a steam vacuum cleaner to address the stench.

Meanwhile, the neighbour in question, Mr Xu, informed Shin Min Daily News that he has lived alone since his mother passed away in April. He also often leaves early in the morning and returns home late at night. Mr Xu denied the allegations, noting it would be impossible for him to make such noises. He added that the sounds could have come from the pump room on the ground floor.
