SINGAPORE: Four teenagers have come under police investigation after a video circulating online showed a person flipping a yellow signboard, causing it to hit a child.

Officers later spotted two teenagers, both 18, at Serangoon MRT station holding a"wet floor" signboard at about 9.30pm.

This is our social problems. Give teenagers a harsh punishment. Learn some manners when you amongst civilised citizen. This type of species are to be train like a dog.

Teenagers? They look like assholes to me. Best to give them 6 strokes of the rottan and a free stay in a Boys Home to instill some good old fashion military discipline.
