The culprit will get away scot free if he does not get caught for the same crime within a year. How is that justice? Petty thieves get harsher penalties!! NUSingapore hv school of law or sumting rite? So all the textbooks, tests, thesis end up in the dean's ass? Hope this blot on such a 'prestigious' tertiary institution b impossible to erase so tat all parties concerned b shamed for being utterly useless!
