Oxley Holdings sold its $118m Grade A office tower to Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad which will now serve as the bank’s corporate office.
In a disclosure, the company said Oxley Towers KLCC is composed of three skyscrapers with a two-storey retail podium below. The tower located next to the Petronas Twin Towers consists of 24 strata-titled offices from level six to 29 with a gross floor area of 315,711 square feet.
