NUH orthopaedics doctor Andrews failed my knee surgery when I was 18, 15 years ago. Merely apologized and told me to re-op. Over the years it took a toll on my other knee. Now he is in mount E.
Not just NUH. At SGH 2 months ago, my mother waited for more than 2 hours before she get a bed. There is no quality standard for patient care. Self service. Even before COVIDs, the long waiting time at local hospital was infamous. With aging population, the problem get worse.
